On April 24, 2026, Beijing time, the vibrating screening and washing unit independently developed and manufactured by Qingzhou Jinqi Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially loaded and shipped. It will be delivered to mining sites worldwide to provide efficient and stable screening support for customers’ mineral washing and processing operations.

This vibrating screening and mineral processing unit features a designed hourly processing capacity of 300 tons. As the core screening equipment developed by Jinqi Mining Machinery for mining and mineral processing scenarios, it integrates feeding, washing, screening and grading functions in one unit. It is suitable for the pretreatment of various materials such as sand making ore, rock gold ore and alluvial gold ore. Driven by dual vibration motors and equipped with double-layer wear-resistant screen meshes, the unit realizes rapid coarse-fine separation and precise grading of ores. With high screening efficiency and strong processing capacity, it effectively improves the working efficiency of subsequent mineral processing procedures.

The vibrating screen adopts an overall structure of high-strength steel plate welding and bolt fastening, equipped with a rubber spring vibration damping system. It operates stably with low noise and high durability, fully adaptable to harsh and complex mining working environments.
