What is the processing capacity of the equipment?Can it match the daily mining output of our mining area or the construction period requirements for river dredging projects?

Different types of equipment have varying processing capacities. We will adjust the configurations according to your requirements to meet your project schedule.

What does the equipment quotation include?

The equipment cost is included. We will quote separately for other expenses such as installation and commissioning fees, spare parts for wearing components, and ocean freight according to your specific requirements.

Does the equipment support mobile operation?

The vessel-type equipment of our company is self-propelled for relocation. Meanwhile, our mining equipment supports modular assembly and disassembly for convenient transportation.

What is the transportation plan for the equipment?

We will adopt a disassembled transportation scheme. According to the dimensions of the equipment, we will recommend either bulk carriers or container ships for transportation to help you save on freight costs.

Can you provide lifetime technical support for the equipment?For example, solutions for future upgrades, retrofits and process optimization?

How many days you need to install the equipment?

It takes 3–7 days to install small-sized equipment, 20–45 days for medium-sized production lines, and the installation period will be extended accordingly for large or extra-large equipment. Once the design plan is confirmed, we will inform you of the approximate actual installation time.

Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory?Then load together?

We support this mode of operation. However, a reasonable additional loading fee will be incurred for separate loading.

When will you leave your factory and to have your spring festival holidays?

During the Spring Festival holiday, we will arrange special staff on duty to ensure smooth communication.

Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?
