To ensure the precision manufacturing of gold mining, ore beneficiation & washing equipment and various engineering vessels, our factory is equipped with metal processing equipment including large CNC cutting machines, CNC boring-milling machines and precision lathes for precise forming of components. We also have welding equipment such as automatic submerged arc welders to ensure high-strength welding of ship hulls and steel structures. In addition, we are furnished with surface treatment equipment like large sandblasting and derusting workshops and spray coating lines to improve the corrosion resistance of equipment. The assembly workshop is equipped with professional tools including hydraulic commissioning platforms and dynamic balance testers to guarantee qualified performance of finished machines, forming a complete production chain from metal processing, welding and surface treatment to final assembly and commissioning.
