Core Equipment Components

Cutter Suction Dredger

Its core components include a cutter head, sand pump, delivery pipeline, hull and power system. It is designed to loosen and agitate underwater ore sand and silt, and then deliver the slurry (placer gold + impurities + water + silt) to the shore under high pressure through pipelines.Pipe diameters from 6 to 20 inches can be customized according to requirements, with an hourly processing capacity of 64 to 960 tons.

Onshore Gold Washing Plant

It consists of a rotary scrubber, vibrating screen, pulsating sluice box, centrifugal concentrator, automatic gold recovery machine, heavy mineral concentrate unit, and tailings disposal system.The above equipment is configured according to the actual needs of the project.

Note: A rotary scrubber or vibrating screen, pulsating sluice box, and automatic gold recovery machine form the standard configuration.

Auxiliary systems 

include high-pressure water supply system, electric control system and power generation system, which ensure the coordinated operation of equipment. The conveying pipelines can be extended according to the working distance.

Operation Process

Sand Dredging Stage:

 The cutter suction dredger navigates to the working water area. The rotating cutter head loosens the underwater placer gold deposit. At the same time, the sludge pump operates to draw the mixed slurry (placer gold, soil, gravel and water) into the pipeline.

Conveying Stage: 

The slurry is directly delivered to the onshore gold washing plant via high-pressure pipelines, with zero leakage and no intermediate transportation.

Gold Processing Stage: 

The onshore unit firstly scrubs raw sand through the rotary ore washer to remove clay coatings. Afterwards, gravity separation equipment including pulsating sluice boxes precisely recovers gold particles.

Tailings Treatment Stage: 

The waste materials after gold separation are settled by thickeners. Clean water is recycled, and residual tailings can be used for land backfilling or other applications, achieving eco-friendly operation.
